Introducing Park Lofts

In September of 2023, Eminent Development Corporation was the proud recipient of a youth-centered housing RFP released by the City of Madison. Park Lofts will be an 100% affordable 44-unit development comprised of mid-rise style apartments. The project will have studio, one bedroom and two-bedroom units serving individuals and families with younger children. Our unit mix was constructed to accommodate a variety of social and economic population groups.
This project will feature an on-site leasing office, community room, supportive service provider office, fitness center, child play room and underground parking. Residents will also enjoy free in-unit Wi-Fi. To ensure accessibility for all demographics, the building will feature an elevator and 20 underground parking stalls. This feature welcomes the opportunity for elderly or persons with mobility issues to occupy our units. Park Lofts will include high efficiency furnaces, U-value windows, LED lighting, and energy star appliances. Finished with stainless steel appliances, vinyl flooring and trending lighting fixtures, each unit will give tenants a sense of pride in their new home.

Ellis Potter Apartments

Ellis Potter Apartments is a thoughtfully designed development featuring two distinct buildings with a total of 65 residential units. The first building is a 54-unit, age-restricted apartment complex offering underground parking, a fitness room, a clubroom, and a leasing office. The second building comprises eleven three-bedroom townhomes, whose residents will have access to the amenities within the age-restricted building. The site will also include ample open space for recreation and relaxation, enhancing the quality of life for all residents.

The age-restricted building will feature a 1,000-square-foot community room for social gatherings and events, a fully accessible leasing office, and a public restroom. Additionally, a 1,700-square-foot Community Service Facility (CSF) will be located on the first floor, offering a separate community room, activity/media room, and office spaces. Open to the public, the CSF will serve as a resource hub, with regular office hours and dedicated parking, and will house two community partners: Community Action Coalition, providing employment and income stability services, and End Times Ministries, a local church.
